The villa is handed over to each guest cleaned (including bed linen, towels and toilet paper).
Other cleaning cycles are:
1x weekly cleaning of the house, 1x weekly change of bed linen, 2x weekly change of towels and refilling of toilet paper.
If the guest wishes additional cleaning, this must be ordered and paid for separately by the guest.
Heating, Air Condition, Gardening, Pool Cleaning etc. is included

Damage Deposit:
Guests must pay a damage deposit of three thousand five hundred (3.500) Euros before check-in. The deposit will be refunded after check-out if no damage is found.
