General Information

Cleaning Service: 

The villa is handed over to each guest cleaned (including bed linen, towels and toilet paper). Other cleaning cycles are: 1x weekly cleaning of the house, 1x weekly change of bed linen, 2x weekly change of towels and refilling of toilet paper, If the guest wishes additional cleaning, this must be ordered and paid for separately by the guest. Heating, Air Condition, Gardening, Pool Cleaning etc. is included. 

Extras: 
The fee for the heated pool is three hundred and seventy-five (375) Euros per week or part week. You can pay it with the deposit. 

Damage Deposit: 
Guests must pay a damage deposit of three thousand five hundred (3.500) Euros before check-in. The deposit will be refunded after check-out if no damage is found. We are sure you will have a good time in Mallorca. Hope to see you soon in this hand picked villa.

We are delighted to offer this villa in a privileged position with views over the turquoise sea and the cove of Portals Vells. This incredible Mallorcan villa is located in the fashionable southwest of the island with a breathtaking view of the small harbor and the turquoise bay of Portals Vells. You will be able to enjoy these views from its multiple terraces and the pool, also from the stylish indoor, both in the living room and in the bedrooms. 

Location

The villa is located above the port and the turquoise cove of Portals Vells in almost the first line of the sea. A staircase that begins diagonally opposite the entrance gate to the villa leads to the harbor and one of the 3 bays. The 3 connected bays are all within walking distance and there is a very good restaurant that spoils you with fresh fish and seafood. If you want to charter a boat, you can have it brought to the small port of Portals Vells. The luxury marinas of Port Adriano and Puerto Portals are close to Portals Vells. There you will have the opportunity to enjoy many great restaurants, bars and clubs as well as great boutiques. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is a supermarket that offers everything from food and drugstore items for daily needs to luxury items such as wine, champagne and caviar. It also offers a delivery service. You will also find one of the most famous restaurants on the island, the Pinos. Palma City can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car and the airport can be reached in about 30 minutes.
